Comments about the web site: Andria and I met Mike & Jill (Mac & Jane, Buddy and the kitty's too) in Yuma, AZ around the 22nd of Dec. 2003. We were all gathered down there to spend the holidays w/ parents, grandparents and family. We privately voted them "The Couple We Thought It Would Be Cool To Hang Out With", well, it's out now. Even tho Jill didn't do a second runway walk with her new chaps, I was late to Happy Hour that day and didn't get to see them. I did hear tho, that she prefers "Going Commando" when wearing or modeling them!! HeHe, Hope to see you guys again sometime soon!!

Comments about the web site: I just scanned through your latest rambling. Thanks for including the piece about my father. He was a Seabee in WWII. I had the honor of sitting with a WWII Seabee at the CCA 50th Reunion Dinner – Dale Morgan. He was one of our earlier Combat Controllers. Anyway, about a year ago I was visiting with my dad, in Ohio, and I had a chance ask him about some of his experiences during the war. I wrote them all down. He was pretty lucky because he wasn’t ever in any heavy fighting. For his 80th birthday one of my sisters organized a “memory” book for him. She contacted all of his old friends and our relatives. Everyone sent a little something for the book. I was able share his stories with everyone. They really mean a lot to me. I’ll always cherish that time with him. I believe that it was our last, really good conversation together.
Comments about the web site: I was told about this CCT web site last night and had the opportunity to look at some of the photos on it. My dad was on the teams at Little Rock in the late '70's and McChord in the 80's. His name is Clark Alberty. I don't know if you ever knew him but the CCT was a huge part of his life. He passed away in January of 1989 and was CCT until the end.
If there is any other information or web-site information you could forward to me I would really appreciate it. Thank You and Take Care, Karen (Alberty) Moser

Comments about the web site: Once again hi from Australia. Al Huddleston sent me some of the pictures of the reunion. Interestingly I did recognise some of the faces, but they look so much older!! or is that all of us? Rich Quigley has seemed to age very well. I have tried to contact him through the email but for some reason have been unable. I think the web site is fantastic and I wish that I had been able to attend the reunion just to have a couple of beers and shoot the shit. I have retired now after 21 years with the Australian Army and then 9 years with the South Australia Police as the manager of the Speed Camera Unit. I wish I had made this move years ago. My wife and I are enjoying chance to travel around this large country of ours. Thanks for the opportunity to keep in touch. Regards Lou

Comments about the web site: I've been doing something other than the CCT norm for the last 25 years+-. I've had occasional contact but the 50th reunion really was a wake up for me. It is a great (the best) association of loyal friends, a family that everyone can be proud of. Yes, there are alot of the old guard out there but there are also alot of the young guns who are doing an outstanding job in today's world. I'd like to see more of them. I continue to serve with the Anchorage Fire Department and although I could retire, I still show up for my duties. The AFD like CCT is comprised of great people who go out of there way to make the job worth doing and life worth living. Wishing the best to all in everything you do...John and Silvia

Comments about the web site: To SgtMacsBar. Mike you continue to be a driving force within the "Brotherhood". Without you many other pieces of our past history would have been lost! I believe I speak for many of our comrades when I say, “Thank You” for all you do! You continue to reflect on our history, but report on what our “Brothers” are doing now to “Protect and Serve”. The future is yet untold, but I’m sure when it is accomplished, SgtMacsBar – Mike McReynolds, ”Will Tell The Tail”. Thanks for the Memories, Peter “Agent Orange” Holt

Comments about the web site: Just passing through picking up on some of the old memories. Sure had lots of fun with the 435th and 317th. Met a younger CCT member the other day by the name of Kevin Eason. Had a wondeful time talking about the past. Now...Im stuck in an office with two(2) computers and a telephone. Not like the old days of running through the bushes and blowing up things. Does anyone know where Al Corbett is located at this time.
Comments about the web site: I ran across Johnny Pantages a few years back and we have routinely maintained contact in one form or another. Every time we get together he asks if I’ve signed the Guest Book and my answer is that I’ll get around to it. Nevertheless, with the untimely passing of Robbie last year and now Lew, both of whom I knew well, it’s about time that get reconnected. As of today I’ve officially signed the SgtMacsBar Guest Book.
Comments about the web site: I was a member of the 63 APS at Norton AFB in 1972 and would like to post a team picture of us. Comments about the web site: Hey, just heard about your website from Randy Seebeck. I am on vacation this week, suppose to be in Florida for the reunion, but mother nature did not cooperate. I have a few days off anyway and wanted to find out where your bar is? My wife and I are living in northwest Arkansas, in a town called Rogers. We both grew up around here. We are only about 20 minutes from the Missouri border. I retired 01/01/01 and miss CCT real bad. I like what I am doing, but it ain't the same, as you well know. I am a granddad now, damn kids!! I guess they couldn't keep it in their pants just like us. Oh well, I don't feel that old and only a little grey hair. I heard you were going to do something at your bar since the reunion has been cancelled. Any news, where do I show up and when, I need a beer with airborne guys real bad, legs just don't hack it. See ya. Spencer

Comments about the web site: I guess I have to sign the guest book to get back in Mac's good graces. Mac, will you please put me back on your mailing list if I send you a picture of the old Forbes team from around 1967? Actually I tried to send it to you and the CCT web site a while back but as yet I have not seen it posted. I talked to K.B, Duncan a while back, shocked the hell out of me. I had been trying to find him for years with no luck. One night the phone rang and my wife asked me who was K. B. Duncan, and did I want to talk to him? I instantly had several TDY flashbacks and grabbed a beer amd the phone at the same time. Damned good to talk to to him. I hope we can visit in person soon. Anyone know where John Gabriel or James Penticoff are located? Mac, keep up the great work and thanks! Justice
Comments about the web site: Mac, thanks for helping us remember those that made it all possable. FIRST THERE
Comments about the web site: I stumbled onto your website when researching the web for news of the NCANG returning home from Iraq. It is now in the early hours of Christmas Day, 2004, and I am writing from my home in the Outer Banks of NC. My fiance has been serving with the Army NG as a combat infantry soldier in an area between Baquaba and Baghdad this year. He should be leaving Iraq sometime today to fly to Kuwait, then on to Fayetteville, NC (Pope AF Base/ Ft. Bragg Army Base) about 36 hours later. I shall see him sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday. ("More information to be forthcoming" is what Guard HQ has recorded for anxious listeners like myself! I could not help but look up your site because he is also a Sgt Mac and at one time owned three bars locally. When he left the Marine Corps after thirteen years, he tried his hand at bar keeping but I suspect he was drinking up the profits. He got into the DOT and joined the Army NG. He's been with them for twelve years. He served nearly a year in Bosnia; our company was the only one to do so. He almost never drinks, just a little factoid. He is just young enough to have missed out on Viet Nam. I am just old enough that I didn't. I wasn't military. My father died as a result of service in the US Navy when I was twelve and I figured I had given up enough for my country at that point. I still had a lot of growing up to do. That's about the summation of it. I want to thank those of you who have served in the military. I take every opportunity to thank those who are and those who have. I get a lot of chances. I live between the largest Marine base in the world (Camp Lejuene) and Cherry Point. For those of you who are military and read this, would you tell your families that this woman on the net said to say "Thank you" to them also. Only someone who has grown up military, especially with a widow, knows the sacrifices that these families make. God Bless each of you! Merry Christmas! Deborah
